Payroll Program Account (RP)
If you hire even one employee (including yourself as a director), you must have a payroll account to remit statutory deductions.
* What we do: We set up your RP account and guide you on the 2026 remittance schedules (Regular, Accelerated, or Quarterly).
* Why it matters: The CRA is extremely strict with payroll. Missing a remittance deadline can result in a 10% penalty on the first occurrence. We ensure your account is configured to handle CPP, EI, and Income Tax deductions correctly.
